Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service. Within the 24 hours prior, the service is non-refundable.
For arrival transfers the waiting time is 1 hour from the flight's landing. If the flight is delayed, luggage is lost or you are held at immigration, vehicle availability must be confirmed. For departure transfers the maximum waiting time after your reserved pickup time is 10 minutes; after that the service is considered a no-show and will not be refunded. You must be ready at your pickup time with check-out already completed; the driver calls out your name at the lobby entrance.
For arrival transfers from Cancun Airport (CUN → hotel), all passengers in the same booking must travel on the same flight. Passengers arriving on different flights cannot be combined into one transfer, even if they land at similar times, arrive at different terminals or belong to the same group: each different arrival flight requires a separate booking. For departure transfers (hotel → airport), passengers traveling on different flights can share one booking as long as they share the same pickup point and time; they can be dropped off at different terminals.
Rates are for a private vehicle with a maximum capacity of 7 passengers and standard luggage. Special requirements must be informed in advance.
Changes are subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by road closures, severe weather or force majeure.

Only what is necessary to operate your service: name, email, phone with country code, flight number, hotel, transfer date and time, and preferred language.
We use your data to confirm and coordinate your booking, send you your voucher and contact you in case of changes or incidents. We do not use it for advertising, and we never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Payment is processed through Stripe, a platform certified under PCI DSS standards. We never store card details in our systems.
You may at any time request access, rectification or cancellation of your data by writing to info@omytransfers.com. Every request is handled in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
