B2B portal scope

What you can book in the portal

Individual & simple group transfers

Travel advisors can book individual passengers, families and straightforward group transfers online through the B2B portal, using vans or larger vehicles according to passenger count. Separate transfers for passengers arriving on different flights may also be booked through the portal.

Coordinated groups & events

Operations requiring additional planning or on-site coordination — such as flight manifest management, passenger consolidation, multiple coordinated vehicles, dedicated airport staff, customized signage or branding, multiple transportation movements, or other event-specific requirements — are handled directly by the OMYTRANSFER operations team and require a custom quote.

Additional group coordination and event-specific services are not included in the standard transfer rates published in the B2B portal.
