How to identify your OMY Transfers representative

Our staff wear a white polo shirt with the OMY Transfers logo and carry an official ID badge.
The OMYTRANSFER sign
As you exit the terminal, look for the white sign with the OMYTRANSFER logo in black with gold details: that is your private transfer.
Your name
The representative may also hold a sign with your name on it. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp.

Where to Find Us at Your Terminal
Terminal 2 · Domestic Arrivals
After collecting your luggage and walking through the glass doors, go down the stairs right in front of you. At the bottom you will find the transportation representatives holding their signs. Look for the OMY Transfers representative wearing a white polo shirt and holding the OMYTRANSFER sign.
Terminal 2 · International Arrivals
After collecting your luggage and exiting the terminal, head to the outdoor designated area for pre-booked services, by the Welcome Bar. There, look for the OMY Transfers representative wearing a white polo shirt and the OMYTRANSFER sign.
Terminal 3
After collecting your luggage and stepping outside, walk toward Air Margaritaville. Our OMY Transfers representative will be waiting in that area wearing a white polo shirt and holding the OMYTRANSFER sign.
Terminal 4
After collecting your luggage and stepping outside, walk toward the Welcome Bar area. Look for the OMY Transfers representative wearing a white polo shirt and the OMYTRANSFER sign.

Your private transfer with OMY Transfers is already booked. When you exit the terminal, look for our representative holding the OMYTRANSFER sign. Please do not accept transportation from third parties. If you have any trouble identifying our representative, contact us directly on WhatsApp.
